For over 10 years, I have had the privilege of assisting many buyers and sellers move to and within the Triangle Area. My experiences with repeat clients and referrals from buyers and sellers have included foreclosures, short sales, relocation companies,working with divorcing spouses, estate sales, etc in ALL PRICE RANGES.
I graduated from UNC-G and have received numerous sales awards through the years with Fonville Morisey Realty, including “The Team Spirit” award voted on by my peers.
Being a North Carolina native and resident of Cary for 24 years has provided me with resources and connections for about any type of school, circumstance, or hobby. My three children attended Wake County Public Schools and were involved in many sports and activities. I am now the proud mom of one college graduate and two college students and appreciating our wonderful North Carolina University System.
My goal is to provide my clients with a positive and successful real estate experience. This includes educating my buyers and sellers about the market, a particular home, the paperwork involved, and negotiating hard on their behalf. I work hard, learn something new everyday, and LOVE what I do!
